Life Drawing VCE Students
March 2 @ 5:00 pm - March 16 @ 7:00 pm| $45 - $60
Observational drawing from life was one of the key disciplines of the Academy, and for a time the key measure used to judge an artist’s ability. Today it still allows artists to hone their skills, develop their practice and understand the relationships required when placing an object in space.
VCE students are invited to enrol in a series of Life Drawing classes in Term 1. These classes present students with the opportunity to work with professional practicing artist, Anthony Pelchen and a life model.
Students will improve their observational drawing skills and develop their VCE folio as part of their course work, or in preparation for entry into a tertiary art course. Places are limited and booking and payment must be made by 23 February to secure a place.
Presented as part of the Horsham Regional Art Gallery’s Strategic Partnership Program with the Department of Education and Training.
