Why not go on Horsham’s Public Art & Heritage Trail or visit our four iconic frames erected as part of the “Framing the Wimmera” project?
Please visit the Horsham Visitor Information Centre to pick up brochures or go to the HRCC website for more information http://hrcc.vic.gov.au/
As part of the “Framing the Wimmera” project, four iconic frames were erected that showcase Mt Arapiles, the Wimmera River, the Grampians and Toolondo reservoir.
The Public Art & Heritage trail holds new discoveries for all (even those familiar with Horsham) and is divided into two sections; the Horsham Town Centre (CBD) Trail and the Gardens-River Trail.
Please note some changes to the brochure: The Horsham Regional Art Gallery has moved from Jubilee Hall back to its home at 80 Wilson Street. New Public Art items include: Writing on the Wall Project – where you will see Poetry on the Main Street (including plaques on seating, poetry around Amcal Chemist, the Library and Wesley Performing Arts Centre) and the Light in Laneways Project which involves 8 lightboxes which have been installed on the Forty Winks wall along Ward Street carpark and on the Horsham Town Hall wall along Gallery Alley.
