What is on offer?

This workshop will give you the confidence and freedom to flex your acting muscle in a fun and supportive environment. The workshop will include an introduction into vocal range, warming up the body, improvisation and characterisation. All skills that you will need in your actor’s tool box.




Lisa Dallinger – Actor / Voice Coach


Lisa is an actor, voice and dialect coach and has been a member of Girls Act Good (GAG) since late 2014. Lisa has completed studies in acting (BAPA), voice (VCA) as well as teaching (Uni of Melb). With GAG, she has performed in Ladies of the Bay (La Mama), Last BreathThe Association, A Christmas Tale, and A Lady Shot. Some other credits include To Lonely, with Love (La Mama), The Last Hope (Pandora Productions), The Process and Madwomen Monologues (The Butterfly Club)Macbeth (Melbourne Company of Players), and Holy Dying (Forest Collective – La Mama).



Jennifer Monk – Actor / Director / Producer


Jennifer graduated with Honours from the London School of Dramatic Arts (LSDA) and has been involved in the performing arts as a writer, performer, producer and director for over 15 years. Jennifer has extensive experience with credits in London, Sydney and Melbourne. Some of Jennifer’s recent acting credits include; Ladies of the Bay (La Mama), Last Breath (Web Series), To Lonely with Love (La Mama), The Association (film and theatre immersive), Dinner with Donna (SF), Violet Sisters (Owl and Cat), A Lady Shot (La Mama) The Vagina Monologues (Malthouse), and A Christmas Tale (Butterfly Club).

Jennifer is if the founder if Girls Act Good (GAG) has been producing Theatre, Digital Media and Film for the last 10 years for independent projects, Driving Monks Productions and Girls Act Good. Jennifer is a proud member of MEAA.
